What is PVD?

PVD is an internet based company advertising properties for sale for private sellers giving the property owner the opportunity to sell their own property and saving themselves thousands of dollars at the same time, and being in total control of all inspections and advertising all the time.

What do I get for my money?

PVD will list your property on the internet with up to 8 photos of your choice, unlimited text in your own words to describe your property, because who knows your property better than you.

This will stay on the internet until SOLD or withdrawn from sale.

In addition to this you will also receive:

• Two “For Sale” signs with your private or mobile phone number on the signs
• Two “Open House” signs with arrows
• Ten colour brochures
• Two sold stickers (I sold it – you can too)

When will it be delivered?

You will receive the package within five (5) business days from receipt of payment.

How much does it cost to advertise my property with PVD?

The cost is $99 (incl. 10% GST)
Payment can be made by Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard or Bank Cheque.
